NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: Sept 1st, 2025I. By ordering a commission from CrowTeethh ("the artist"), you ("the client") agree that you have read this TOS in full and abide by all the conditions listed below.II. If the client refuses to comply to the Terms of Service after agreeing to abide by it, the artist has the right to reject or cancel the client's commission(s), along with having the ability of choosing whether to provide refunds for, blacklisting, and/or creating a PSA (public service announcement) about the client's behavior.III. The Terms of Service may be updated at any time without notice. Clients who order a commission prior to TOS updates will not be required to abide by the updated version.CONTACT
I. The recommended method of contact is through Toyhou.se DMs or Discord DMs. If the client contacts the artist elsewhere, the artist is not obligated to respond.II. The artist is only fluent in the English language, therefore commission requests that are not made in English will be rejected due to language barriers and potential miscommunication.III. The client can choose to use the form provided or not. However, all points within the form must be answered by the client before the artist can approve starting the commission. (see Commission Info).IV. The client is encouraged to speak to the artist in a semi-formal manner (avoiding slang and internet abbreviations).
The client is discouraged from heavily stylizing their text or using typing quirks, especially while giving information related to their commission(s) or anything important for the artist to know.V. The client is not allowed to use slurs or any strong derogatory language in reference to the artist or any other real individual for any reason.VI. The client is strongly discouraged from using slurs or other strong derogatory language in reference to fictional characters, regardless of the character's owner.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
I. The client has the right to decline paying the commission fees for any reason.II. The artist will cancel commission(s) (and will refund the client in full if they've paid) if:
-The artist cannot complete the commission.
-The client declines to pay the commission fee(s).
-The artist goes on hiatus before or during the commission process.
-The client cancels their commission before the sketching phase is completed (see Process).
-The client contacts the artist about errors with the submitted form before the sketching phase has passed (see Process).
-The client does not communicate with the artist in an appropriate manner (see Contact).III. Do not send the artist any payment until the artist requests it. The artist will tell the client when they are ready to begin and accept payment.IV. The artist typically accepts payment commission-by-commission to avoid long wait times for clients. However, the artist may diverge from this method and accept payment at any time.
If there are multiple commissions ordered at once, each one will be paid seperately unless the order fits the following criteria:
-The commission was orded in a bundle.V. The artist is not responsible for the client's financial situation, financial wellbeing, and/or spending habits. The artist will not provide refunds or accept chargebacks for reasons outside of the artist's service quality and delivery.PROCESS
I. This is the general process for fully rendered freelance commissions. Please note that some commissions may add or remove phases depending on the commission type. The artist will provide information about how unique commission types function on its info page and answer any questions that the client may have.II. First, the client contacts the artist with any necessary details. The client is advised to fill out the form provided in the Form section, but the client may provide the necessary information in other formats.-Necessary Information: Commission type, Character(s), Reference(s), Important Details, Payment Method
-References in image format is highly recommended, regardless of quality. The client is also encouraged to share various references/mockups as they're willing to provide.
-While the artist will accept references that include artwork not made/owned by the client, the artist will not make a replica of a specific artwork.
-The client will not share any payment information until the artist requests them to do so.III. The artist will decide whether or not to take the client's commission. A combination of interest and capability are taken into account by the artist. The artist may ask questions for clarification or request necessary information that the client may have neglected in their form.IV. When the artist accepts the commission, they will ask for the client's upfront payment in full.
-If the client is paying via Paypal, the artist will request the client to pay via the artist's Paypal.Me.
-If the client is paying via Vgen, the artist will request the client to send payment through their chosen website's widget.
-The artist will not begin the commission until the client pays in full.V. Once the client pays in full, the artist will begin the sketch phase. Depending on the commission type, the artist will provide a sketch and/or thumbnails as a mockup for the final commission.
-The artist is willing to redraw concepts up to 2 times if they do not meet the client's expectations.
-If the client still is not satisfied with any of the provided sketches, the artist will refund the client in full.VI. Once a preferred sketch/thumbnail is selected, the artist will move to the line and/or solid coloring phase. The artist will ask the client if any missing details, incorrect color, or any other minor issues need to be corrected.
-During this phase, full redraws will not be provided without additional fees.VII. Once the coloring is complete, the artist will then shade and finalize the commission. The artist will send the final commission once complete. The following changes or variations can be requested by the client at this stage:
-Variants with/without noise, overlays, effects, background/foreground, etc.
-Removing/changing/adding noise, textures, overlays, sharpening, or any other additional effects.
-Color correction. Eg: Adding color overlays or gradient maps, changing the base color of the character.
-Decrease the size/quality of the art piece.
-Cropping the artwork.
-If the client want to request any other minor changes missing from this list, they are encouraged to ask the artist if that change can be made.VIII. Once the finalized piece is approved, the commission process ends. The client may request another commission or repeat the process for any other additional commissions they have paid.ARTIST AND CLIENT RIGHTS
I. The artist has the right to not respond to the client for any reason (outside of messages about the commission).II. The artist has the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.III. The artist has the right to reject any commission that fit the criteria of their "Will Not Draw" list. To see what the artist will not draw, please see the Will Not Draw section in the artist's commission info.IV. The artist has the right to use any SFW commission for public display, including canceled commissions.V. The artist has the right to use any NSFW commission for public display, including canceled commissions, if the artist has received written consent from the client.VI. The client has the right to use any commission for any purpose except direct profit. "Direct profit" includes anything labeled under merchandise: selling prints, stickers, clothing, pins, badges, etc.
-If the client would like to commission the artist specifically for creating merchandise, they must message the artist to discuss any vital information and pricing.VII. The client has the right to directly edit their commission. However, the client must state that the commission was edited from it's original nor claim they created the original art.VIII. The client has the right to make public reviews about their experiences with the artist if they desire so. Likewise, the artist also has the right to make public reviews about their experiences with the client.
